Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will contact potential customers, introduce our products or services, and generate sales leads. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy communicating with customers over the phone.You Must have sales Experience to active patients from our dental office . We will train the right individuals to be the best telemarketing in dental! Bilingual is require spanish -english

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested customers
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
