Software Developer

Absolute Resolutions Corporation (ARC) is a leading purchaser of consumer assets in the U.S. For the last twenty years, we have worked directly with top banks, Fintech lenders and retail organizations. ARC is seeking a Software Developer to add to our team in our Bloomington, MN office.

Job Duties

• Write respectable code using C# & Python programming languages

• Unstructured data extraction – PDF scraping

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

• Collaborate closely with end-users to gather requirements and develop solutions

• Improve existing legacy software

• Respond to internal and external requests for information, providing professional and timely follow up

• Prepare and create documentation as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer (C# and/or VB)

• Experience with Python

• Familiarity with AI models

• Knowledge of using technology utilized in PDF scraping

• Strong sense of integrity

• Database experience – MySQL and/or SQL Server

• Self-driven, flexible, and innovative

• Able to always demonstrate patience and professionalism

• Detail orientated, able to manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Demonstrate ability to take initiative and work creatively

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Experience working on a variety of software development projects

• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Azure

• ASP.NET Web API

• VBA

• SSIS/SSRS

• Financial services experience

Salary Range:

• $80,000 to $120,000+ based on experience

Hours: M-F flexible from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
