Job Summary:

As an Account Executive for Temporary Wall Systems Omaha, you will be responsible for the presentation, sales, and client relationships relating to on-site containment solution services for our commercial construction clients. You will potentially grow into responsibilities for overseeing daily business activities, assisting with containment installations, and increasing operational efficiency. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and growth-oriented vision to aggressively pursue new business opportunities, generate sales leads, and maintain consistent contact with existing clientele to ensure growth, strengthen business relationships, and exceed revenue targets. You will build a client base through industry-focused networking, establishing strong partnerships within target markets, and maximizing all opportunities to close sales, while showcasing Temporary Wall Systems' premium offering and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact industry decision-makers.
  • Network consistently via direct outreach, attending events, and leveraging established relationships.
  • Generate and aggressively pursue sales leads.
  • Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
  • Conduct highly effective sales presentations; prepare and deliver estimates to prospects.
  • Build and manage an accurate client database.
  • Maintain consistent contact with pre-existing clients to ensure strong partnerships and expand market share within their organization.
  • Coordinate with project managers to schedule installation, maintenance, and removal of containments.
  • Actively participate in marketing campaign design and execution.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and all relevant metric targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory, features, and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, objectives, and challenges.
  • Represent the TWS brand in a professional and accommodating manner at all times.
  • Adhere to all Temporary Wall Systems policies and procedures.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Required

  • Two or more years of experience in sales, leadership, customer service, or the construction industry.
  • Ability to meet goals, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent ability to communicate both in writing and verbally.
  • Friendly and personable with a genuine desire to serve the customer.
  • Proactive by nature.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, communication, or another field.
  • Proficiency with technology including rudimentary computer operations
  • Experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Business-to-business sales background.
  • Strong familiarity with varied business functions.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Graduate degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Experience in B2B environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

Experience:

  • Construction industry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
