We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, territory sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively meet customer needs. A background in technology sales is preferred, along with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts within assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status.
- Utilize inside sales techniques to maximize outreach and engagement with prospects.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish (if applicable) to enhance customer relations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends for effective decision-making.
- Experience in territory sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Spanish being a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $63,829.00 - $73,181.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
