Requirements:

  • Willingness to obtain MN Life & Health Insurance license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Cell phone
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls to potential clients in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus
  • Quarterly bonus
  • Uncapped commission
  • Yearly bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Minneapolis, MN 55435: Relocate before starting work (Required)
