**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing key relationships and identifying new business opportunities. **Duties:** - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities. **Requirements:** - Proven work experience in business development or a related field. - Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce. - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.Must have own vehicle to do door to door marketing.
Must have previous experience working for Employment /Staffing agencies.
