We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our clients base within the Hood Cleaning Industry. This position offers candidates the flexibility to choose between contracting or direct employment options.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Hood Cleaning Industry. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to generate leads and secure new contracts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Utilize market insights to identify potential growth opportunities and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients outlining our services, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our professional network.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development within the Hood Cleaning Industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
