The Associate Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our healthcare clients achieve their desired outcomes with our EMR software. This position involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing proactive support to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our platform.
What You?ll Do
- Serve as the point of contact for SMB healthcare clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' clinical workflows and business objectives to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Monitor client usage and engagement with our EMR software, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key metrics related to client success, including retention rates, satisfaction scores, and software usage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and best practices tailored to the healthcare industry.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain account plans to track client goals, milestones, and progress.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.

What You?ll Need
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or SaaS industry.
- Specific experience with EMR software, including implementation, training, and support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Familiarity with customer success tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Salary Range for this position is $60,000-70,000
