Sales Target Achievement: The primary objective is to consistently meet and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. Candidate Relationship Management: Another crucial aspect of sales success is the development and maintenance of strong relationships with candidates. This involves regular communication, addressing customer concerns, and going above and beyond to meet their expectations.
Lead Generation: In order to expand the customer and candidate base, it is essential to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS/CRM software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role supporting clients and candidates throughout 48 states.
- Standard office hours.
Salary and Benefits:

Pay: $47,500 - $52,000 annual
