Inside Sales Representative

Community Energy Advisors

Position Overview

The Sales Representative will work with existing affinity relationships to drive new sales and manage renewals through multi-channel campaigns. This position will manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, compile documents needed to enroll or renew a customer and close the deal.
Duties and Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and emails for affinity programs and assist members in enrolling new accounts and renewing existing accounts online, via email or fax, or by mailing documents
Keep detailed and organized records of inbound leads and documents received
Proactively follow up with leads for new sales and renewals when additional information or documents are needed
Perform outbound warm calls related to specific campaigns
Create small commercial and residential contracts and enter data in company CRM
Provide general support to marketing team
Other related tasks and projects as directed by management

Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass criminal and drug background checks
Microsoft Office Suite expérience a plus
In Office: Monday and Tuesday, Work from home: Wednesday - Friday
