Inside Sales Representative
Community Energy Advisors
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will work with existing affinity relationships to drive new sales and manage renewals through multi-channel campaigns. This position will manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, compile documents needed to enroll or renew a customer and close the deal.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and emails for affinity programs and assist members in enrolling new accounts and renewing existing accounts online, via email or fax, or by mailing documents
- Keep detailed and organized records of inbound leads and documents received
- Proactively follow up with leads for new sales and renewals when additional information or documents are needed
- Perform outbound warm calls related to specific campaigns
- Create small commercial and residential contracts and enter data in company CRM
- Provide general support to marketing team
- Other related tasks and projects as directed by management
Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass criminal and drug background checks
- Microsoft Office Suite expérience a plus
- In Office: Monday and Tuesday, Work from home: Wednesday - Friday
