Job Title: Hybrid Inside Outside Sales - Business Technology Consultant (BTC)

Datastrive, a leading business technology solutions provider based in Chicago, IL, is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Hybrid Inside Outside Sales - Business Technology Consultant (BTC). This is a commission-only position, and the commission structure is based on the development and growth of your book of business.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and bringing their voice into Datastrive to align solutions with their needs.
MRR Growth: Drive business growth by acquiring net new clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, and ensuring client satisfaction to contribute to incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Consultative Advisor: Proactively engage clients to showcase the value Datastrive brings, improve productivity, and act as a consultative advisor to mitigate risks and address their unique business challenges.
Infrastructure Lifecycle Management: Ensure adherence to Datastrive’s best practices value map in managing the infrastructure lifecycle, setting the service team up for success.
Autonomous Operation: Aim to operate autonomously 80%+ of the time, making informed decisions on client engagement. Collaborate with other team members, including sales managers, Solution Architects, and owners, as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Datastrive team members, ensuring effective communication and knowing when to involve senior members, managers, or specialists in the sales process.
Mission Fulfillment: Be at the forefront of fulfilling Datastrive's mission by guiding clients to best practices, helping them plan for the future, and communicating the value of solutions that enable productivity and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside-outside sales, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of business technology solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Commission Structure:
This is a commission-only position, and the commission structure is based on the development and growth of your book of business. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
