Job Description
The salary range for this position is 90,000 to 110,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive plan.
This is how you WOW:
- Execution of TG growth initiatives
- Focused on growth, new accounts, opportunity expansion
- Nurture new opportunities until program is won, then transition to appropriate sales group
- Support new customers / new opportunities identified from Target Groups and RSM organization
- Promotion of solutions-based platforms, incorporating equipment, chemicals, parts, service etc.
- Channel agnostic – Present best fulfillment solution for customer
- Promotion of New Product Development
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3+ years of successful industrial sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in developing and presenting business proposals to customers, targeting in on relevant metrics and negotiating commercial contractual terms
- Demonstrable track record of success in developing and fostering key relationships at a senior level.
- Demonstrable track record of business development, increasing sales and offtake contracts.
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills, high degree of commercial awareness, with business acumen.
- Ability to work and interact with senior executives including at board level, a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
