About Us:

Master Tailgaters, LLC, specializes in auto parts and lifestyle audio products, blending quality craftsmanship with innovative design. Under our brand portfolio, we offer high-quality car parts through Master Tailgaters and mid-century-inspired record players and Bluetooth speakers through Fuse Audio. We’re seeking a driven Sales and Account Executive who’s passionate about automotive or audio products, particularly in the wholesale market.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales and Account Executive to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our reach in the wholesale market by cultivating strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other business partners. You’ll represent both Master Tailgaters' auto parts and Fuse Audio's unique range of record players and audio products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand wholesale accounts for both Master Tailgaters and Fuse Audio.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the auto parts and audio product sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present product information, sales proposals, and negotiate terms with potential partners.
  • Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts, driving repeat business and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, promotions, and market positioning.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports to guide sales activities and account strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within wholesale, retail, or distribution environments.
  • Passion for the automotive and/or audio categories.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing accounts and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM software and basic knowledge of sales reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Wholesale Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
