You’re good at:
- Answering customer and sales representative calls professionally and courteously.
- Accurately processing customer orders with a focus on detail and precision.
- Providing information on promotions, new products, and order updates efficiently.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure orders are processed promptly.
- Following procedures and adhering to safety policies diligently.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Syspro, is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle demanding customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain positive and composed during challenging interactions.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the French language (written and spoken) is a plus.
