Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and making appointments over the phone.
Duties:
- Conduct warm and cold calling to potential customers to introduce real estate services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage with prospects
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
