We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
*Duties*
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Assist in the implementation of customer success strategies
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,713.00 - $58,316.00 per year
