Job Title: Sales Executive – Telecommunications & IT Solutions
Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid: Minimum 3 Days In-Office)

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Expertise: You must excel in prospecting, overcoming objections and closing deals. A track record of high-performance sales success, consistently hitting or exceeding quotas year after year, is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: As a tech and data-driven organization, you should be comfortable with CRM systems, forecasting, and various technologies. If technology isn't your forte, this position may not be the right fit.
- Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: We are looking for someone who approaches sales with an organized, systematic mindset. You will follow our established sales playbook, which is designed to help you prospect, qualify, and close deals effectively. If you prefer a less structured approach, this role may not suit you. We emphasize accountability and organization in our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including generating your own leads, particularly within the public sector. While you'll be given some accounts/leads to pursue, this is a sales "hunter" position and the expectation is that you will generate your own business.
- Engage in regular communication with customers and prospects via email, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Cross-sell and upsell our comprehensive range of products and services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the business owners to ensure alignment with the company's vision and sales strategies.
- Take extreme ownership of your responsibilities and deliverables, maintaining a high level of motivation and discipline.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding quotas annually.
- Experience selling to the public sector sales (state, local, education) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask efficiently across different functions.
