Atlas Roof Shingles & Underlayments is seeking a remote Sales Support Specialist to support the sales team.

Sales Support SpecialistResponsibilities

  • Scheduling - Manage and coordinate calendars, roadshow events, meeting support, specialty marketing pieces, and event invitations.
  • Documentation - Prepare and organize reports, address portal issues, and manage sales documentation in collaboration with regional managers.
  • CRM Management - Maintain and update CRM and warranty claim data ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with representatives or customers.
  • Communication - Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication flow across the region and with customers.
  • Administrative Tasks - Assist with general administrative duties to alleviate the workload of sales representatives and assist in Sales Force Request and data management.
  • Material Organization - Prepare and organize sales collateral and promotional materials for meetings and events.
  • Lead Tracking - Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, including initial qualification and follow-up on new sign-ups or events, with timely E-blasts.
  • Order Processing - Assist with tracking orders and managing invoices as needed.
  • Problem Resolution - Identify potential issues and communicate them to the director and regional managers for improvement processes.
  • Sample and Literature Management - Order samples and literature as needed for events and sales activities.

Sales Support SpecialistKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Adherence to high standards of ethical conduct in business dealings
  • Ability to work independently, in remote location with minimal supervision
  • Timely response to customer requests
  • Professional image and demeanor, including appropriate dress and communication
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to resolving customer issues promptly

Sales Support SpecialistEducationand Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Must frequently lift products and samples weighing between 10 and 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to varying environmental conditions, including wet/humid environments, extreme heat, noise, and vibrations at customer sites.
  • Responsible for addressing customer complaints and collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals.
