Job Description
Leftbank Art is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Project Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute projects from concept to completion with
strong conceptual skills.
· Collaborate with artists and designers to adhere to project
timelines.
· Assist the Design Manager/Creative Director with new development
and other tasks.
· Facilitate client communications to capture project requirements
and provide regular updates.
· Ensure quality control and address any project-related
issues.
· Manage and maintain project documentation and records.
· Craft mood boards and presentations using PowerPoint and curate
presentations
· Assisting and putting together/curate presentations for
Buyers
· Following up and keeping up with designated projects and
workflow
· Ability to meet deadlines and schedules.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in design, art, or related field
· 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project
management
· Strong knowledge of project management tools and
methodologies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
· Passion for the arts and design industry
· Ability to think and work independently
· Interior Design and/or Wall Décor a plus!
· Advanced knowledge in Microsoft programs and Adobe CS CC is a
plus!
· Have a background in Interior Design and/or Wall Décor a
plus!
