Job Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):

A person in this position is responsible to sell goods and to provide a positive customer experience on the selling floor, or via phone or email, and records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. May perform one-off deliveries to support the customer relationship. Generates leads continually for the outside sales team. Experience with face to face customer service is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.

Job Responsibilities

Inside Sales Representative

  • Key to this job is to safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services. Creates and maintains promoters (raving fans) of clients
  • Tracks regular sales patterns of customers and analyzes data for changes in buying habits and opportunities to grow sales. Aware of customer business changes. Jealously guards customers, knows their buying habits, and anticipates their needs.
  • Maintains a stocked and clean retail showroom. Operates cash register and POS transactions. Performs inventory cycle counts and complete counts. Maintains accurate documentation of all customer transactions
  • Knowledgeable in products carried and educates customers on products promoted monthly. Identifies helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and services.

Daytime Hours - Weekdays through Saturday

Job Type: Full-time
