Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Route Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the designated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet customer needs effectively
- Manage accounts through quality customer service and account management practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in technology sales is advantageous

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
