The Big Task
This position greets incoming callers and processes appointments for our business. Helps in a consistently professional, friendly, and urgent manner, conveying information accurately to external and other internal customers utilizing scripts and other internal sources to secure appointments for our technician’s.
Job Duties:
- Use great customer service practices to answer incoming calls from customers and book appointments for our technicians.
- Answer all calls with urgency and in a professional manner.
- Meet the call center’s daily appointment setting goal numbers.
- Utilize existing assistance tools, scripts, and systems to consistently book appointments.
- Make outbound calls to offer maintenance warranties to customers.
- Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction of service performed by technicians.
- Check invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with SWP’s products and services.
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service skills, and experience with outbound and inbound calls.
- Ability to function well in fast-faced work environment.
- Experience working in a call center setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- At least1 year of experience assisting customers in a call center or customer service environment.
