Job Description

National Technical Institute (NTI) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Admissions Representative (Outbound Sales representative) to join the Henderson, NV campus. NTI provides hands on educational programs that deliver real-life career skills in high demand occupations that lead to employment upon graduation and a lifetime of professional growth. We focus on contractor needs as they are our primary customer.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Admissions Representative (Outbound Sales representative) to assist in the growth of NTI. This is a full-time, on-campus position reporting directly to the Direcor of Admissions.

Job Description

Successful candidates will have a competitive spirit and the drive to “win”, both individually and in a team environment. Previous experience working with leads and relationship building, along with closing sales is a plus. Excellent communication and follow-up skills are a must.

Duties:

  • Connect with prospective students by answering incoming phone calls, responding to Web inquires, sending SMS messages and making phone calls
  • Determine next steps with potential student, which is typically an interview, tour of the campus and enrollment paperwork
  • Maintain contact with students for each upcoming class start
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM about current and future activity
  • Participate in professional development and training activities to improve admissions skills and product knowledge of program offerings
  • Support NTI community and contractor relations initiatives
  • Any other duties as directed to meet the needs of the campus

Additional job requirements include:

  • Diploma
  • At least three years of experience working in a sales environment
  • Highly organized, motivated and results driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
