We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client with a focus on technical solutions in the industrial sector. The role entails expanding market presence through managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. An ideal candidate should have experience in technical equipment sales, exceptional customer relationship skills, and be adept with technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage orders across various channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, collaborating across departments to enhance service quality.
- Generate and follow up on sales and delivery quotes, coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Employ sales strategies to promote product offerings and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about company products and services; engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and web applications.
