Our firmsets exceedingly high standards for managing our client’s accounts to the fullest. We are hiring a Account Manager Trainee to help develop our client’s business and expand regionally. The Account Manager Trainee is a vital position for our firm and we are looking for an innovative, self-driven individual to fulfill this role. Multitasking is crucial for our Account Manager Trainees due to various projects assigned so having a keen sense of detail and organizational skills will allow someone to excel professionally. Each Account Manager Trainee will be given an opportunity to be an apprentice to our Account Executive team and learn the tasks of various departments including finance, operations, customer acquisitions, human resources, and management.
By incorporating a consultative approach, our Account Manager Trainees are able to successfully lead and guide a team to drive success for themselves as well as our firm. The daily operations and responsibilities of our Account Manager Trainee include (but not limited to):
- Lead a successful team by applying company policies and guidelines that emulate those of our clients
- Drive sales daily within a team or individually based on the account or territory one is working with
- Research territory assigned to comprehend the complex market and what diversified approaches may be eligible within the region
- Build a network of Account Managers working with the same client to expand one’s knowledge base to operate at optimal results
- Attend and participate in daily sales/account management meetings and be present on all assigned conference calls
Our Account Management Team has acquired individuals with various different backgrounds of experience, however, they have all shared one similar point of view which is an entrepreneurial, lead by example mentality. Other desired attributes and preferred qualifications include:
- The ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment by networking and taking initiative for themselves and their team
- Proven leadership skills in a previous role, school, or team-based sports
- The desire to speak publicly and guide their team and the company on a day to day basis
- Flexible work schedule and the ability to travel occasionally is a necessity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
