Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual passionate about the NA beverage industry who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You relish the opportunity to create business from scratch, as one of our first team members! As a Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping our market presence by establishing and nurturing relationships with on- and off-premise customers. You will help us create our brand in this core market.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth in Sales through 4 pillars:
- Distributor Management: Develops and executes distributor programming to achieve our targets. Leads distributor to deliver on sales, providing promotions, materials, and event support that help facilitate the relationship with distributor and key customers.
- Independent Account Development: Directly visit retailers, restaurants, and bars to promote our products and secure new business opportunities. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Chain Retail: Shape retail category management of non-alcoholic beverages and spirits, with a focus on the role of Abstinence in this space. Lead key buyer meetings and business reviews.
- Consumer Activation: Set up and attend events, tastings, and promotional activities to support consumer awareness in the market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within our agreed strategic framework of regional channel & product assortment priorities.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales progress, and attainment of goals.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a sales representative or sales manager, including beverage industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
