Job Description

Duties
- Conduct sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a flooring industry is a huge plus
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Experience in account management, including managing client relationships and upselling products or services
- Knowledge of technology sales, including understanding of technical products and solutions
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals

Qualification

-High school diploma required, college degree preferred

-Local in Sacramento, CA. Willing to come back to the office in Fresno once a week.

-At least 2 years in sales position, flooring industry is highly preferred

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative in Sacramento, CA to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a background in technical or technology sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and experience in account management. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
