As a crucial link between our construction supply company and our clients, you will specialize in selling a wide variety of steel, hand tools, power tools, and construction products. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients in both the residential and commercial construction sectors. - Drive and manage sales for steel and construction products across residential and commercial markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, construction managers, and industry professionals.
- Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and sales calls to showcase product benefits and applications.
- Manage customer accounts, including quoting prices, managing orders, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales activity, generate leads, and update CRM systems to stay on top of market trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred; industry experience in construction, steel, or hardware sales is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and sales calls.
- High-energy, goal-oriented personality with a drive to succeed and make a long-term impact in a growth-oriented company.

Schedule:
