Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management
- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Technical sales experience is a plus
