Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations
- Provide accurate information about products
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and drive sales
- Manage inventory control to ensure product availability
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales roles preferred
- Strong retail math skills to calculate discounts, percentages, and totals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
