Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to be the face of Signature Projects. This role is pivotal in enhancing our market position and achieving financial growth. You will define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, bring bidding opportunities to the company, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
· Keep sales funnel records – contacts, opportunities, bids, sales, revenue, etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Manage and oversee the company's social media presence.
· Attend various customer facing, and industry facing events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Achievement of sales and profit targets.
· Expansion of client base and effective management of existing clients.
· Increase in market share.
· Quality and frequency of market engagement via social media and networking events.
Requirements:
· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
· Proven sales track record.
· Experience in customer support is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Market knowledge.
· Communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport.
· Time management and planning skills.
· BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
