Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our non-medical home care agency. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in growing the agency by generating new business, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into clients. This position involves building strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners, explaining our services, and guiding families through the process of obtaining home care for their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing detailed information about our home care services.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and offer appropriate care solutions.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate in-home consultations or assessments for potential clients with the care coordination team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by tracking and managing contacts in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by converting leads into new clients and increasing service hours.
- Develop strong relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and families.
- Educate potential clients about the non-medical home care industry, our agency's services, and the benefits of home care.
- Work with the care coordination team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, or a service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the home care industry and local market in Philadelphia is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.61 - $21.94 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
