Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships. Your success will contribute directly to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quotas.
- Prospect for new customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales data and customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
Three levels of sales positions available, when filling out the application questions, please choose one of the following:
Account Coordinator: The Account Coordinator role is positioned to assist all sales positions as a liaison to our customers in an effort to meet and exceed annual Storm Creek sales goals. This person partners with the Strategic Account Executive and Territory Account Manager on multiple levels to secure orders and provide exceptional customer service. In addition, this position will have the opportunity to foster and grow new opportunities with "C" level accounts.
Territory Account Manager: The Territory Account Manager position is responsible for (1) delivering new account sales and growing market share with "A" primarily at the representative level (supporting the Strategic Account Executive in the execution of the strategic account plan), and (2) as well as delivering new account sales and growing market share with "B" accounts at all contact levels. This inside sales role is a critical link to our customers, independent multi-line reps, and Strategic Account Executives. Excellence in communication, efficiency in delivering information, and an entrepreneurial spirit is required.
Strategic Account Executive: The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and growing market share with large national and key accounts customers. This sales role partners with promotional products distributors and independent multi-line reps to build a book of business and achieve territory revenue goals. As a senior member of the sales team, this role is expected to build and execute strategic plans for key accounts to deliver profitable sales and expand brand presence. This position operates primarily at C-Suite levels with any targeted account in the territory. Deep industry relationships are a key to this role, supported by excellence in product solutions, as well as the ability to hit outbound metrics and generate sales opportunities, acting as the face of Storm Creek to maintain a strong pipeline and grow accounts.
