SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
The responsibility of the Inside Coordinator position is to develop and maintain strong customer service skills and support their respective team. This position will report to the General Sales Manager and work closely with Sales department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support and ability to answer or research the answer to client, agent, auction or customer questions
· Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution and escalate as needed and follow up to confirm resolution
· Utilizing knowledge of multiple computer systems’, such as the internal operating system, Microsoft Office products, third party vendor systems and integration partner systems
· Maintain high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities
· Miscellaneous clerical duties to include filing, copying and administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills - verbally and written
- Competent with Microsoft Office. Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products required
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and professional excellence
- Consistently work as a teammate, supporting other members of the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
