About the role:
As a Client Relations Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with Worldpay clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the commercial side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery.
About the team:
The team is responsible for managing the payment business in any market globally for the mid-market portfolio at Worldpay and for driving the additional revenue from the accounts to hit financial growth targets.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure a positive and consistent relationship with Worldpay mid-market clients
- Responsible for selling the company’s products and services, to grow the level of business we do across the mid-market portfolio
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the business in locations around the globe (incl. Product, Legal, Finance, etc.) to be sure mutual objectives are met and we get the best outcomes for our customers
- Focus on account retention with a growth mindset to explore new opportunities
- Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and Worldpay resources
- Coordinate with clients, client support and other appropriate teams to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place
What you will need:
- Prior sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand and apply concepts to effectively structure and solve customer problems, while thinking ‘big picture’ to identify new commercial opportunities
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Takes ownership of customer-impacting projects and is proactive in closing out customer challenges quickly
- Organizational and time management skills required to handle multiple time-sensitive projects across our customers
- Able to engage and influence people at all levels, and to build an understanding and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
- Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services
- A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
Added bonus if you have:
- Payments or fin-tech experience is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $65,440.00 - $106,660.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
