Job Description

Monday through Thursday 3:00pm to 1:00am. Plus $1 shift premium.

$1500 Sign-on Bonus

Essential Functions

Operate all cranes via radio control boxes, pendant controls, or cab controls, in a safe and efficient manner.
Safely rig via cable, sling, hook, or magnet, any load of material or piece of machinery normally encountered in the production departments.
Must be able to properly block loads of material being placed in storage or in queue
Must be familiar with process flow and be able to plan and execute the proper series of material movements to minimize downtime and obtain maximum productivity.
Must be able to anticipate material needs in production areas, and communicate material needs to other departments.
Must be able to operate forklift or other material handling equipment as necessary.
Operate washer presses when not material handling.
Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of safe operating practices for forklift, overhead cranes, and other support equipment per OSHA standards.
Certification for fork truck operation
Ability to work 10-hour days (3:00 pm to 1:00 am) Monday through Thursday with additional hours occasionally on Friday
