Key Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound phone calls from customers and assist in product inquiries.
· Assist walk-in customers with orders and product inquiries.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
· Process incoming orders via fax, e-mail, phone and walk-in.
· Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
· Communicate with warehouse and shipping to ensure prompt processing of all orders.
Education, Experience & Competencies:
· High school diploma.
· Customer service skills.
· Comfortable with PC and general computer skills and ability to type.
· Fluent English (oral and written). Other languages considered an asset.
· Interpersonal skills and team player.
· Ability to handle stress and a high paced environment.
· Problem analysis and problem solving.
Compensation:
Salary commensurate on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and stock options.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
