Job Description
We are looking for a coachable and personable individual to join our team! No experience is needed—just a willingness to learn. In this role, you will perform pest control services, inspect crawl spaces, and promote our different service plans to customers.
Training:
- Spend the first 14 days at our Home Office for training and to pick up your company vehicle
- After training, you’ll have a work vehicle to take home daily
What We Offer:

- Bi-monthly base pay + unlimited commission pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest control services and inspections
- Upsell service plans to customers
- Check crawl spaces to promote our termite treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 or older
- Good communication skills and willingness to perform sales/upselling
- Valid driver’s license
- Submit to a background check and motor vehicle report
