Event Coordinator
GG Marketing is a small, fast-paced, and creative event planning company based in Jersey City, NJ. We specialize in weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special events. We are a team of like-minded individuals who love to help people. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and excited to work with events.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of an event (wedding, corporate event, etc.)
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of an event (planning, scheduling, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure the best event possible for all involved parties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of an event (wedding planning)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of an event (corporate planning)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of an event (event coordinator duties)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of an event (parties)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of an event (fundraising)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of an event (special events)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of an event (hospitality)
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
Benefits:

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
