The Tameron Honda Eastern Shore Business Development Center(BDC) is a fun & fast paced work environment that includes both a rewarding and supportive team experience. The BDC assists in developing business for 7 Tameron locations in AL, MS, and LA in a centralized location.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and tech savvy Business Development Representative(BDR) to join our growing team.

Our Business Development Rep's start, while training, at $15/hour and transition after approximately 30 days to a profitable commission structure!

Responsibilities:

Provides customer service and assist customers shopping online and over the phone.
Generate and set appointments for sales personnel in the dealership.
Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
Communicate closely with customer via phone, email, and text to provide best customer experience
Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.

Qualifications/Requirements:

No previous Automotive Experience Necessary - On the Job Training Provided!

Great work ethic and attitude!
An ambitious spirit with a willingness to learn!
Excellent time-management skills - including the ability to manage your own schedule.
All Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, Drug Test, and valid Drivers License
Must be able to work Saturdays and weekdays between the hours of 8:30am-7pm
Must be able to multitask
