We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will own the sales of the Rainier Outdoor product line which includes Yurts, Cottages, Teepees and Tents. If you are a driven individual with a passion for sales, and outdoor living, we invite you to apply.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customer relationships, nurturing existing clients, and contributing to the development of product and marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in achieving sales and gross margin targets and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in real estate targeting remote buyers, short-term rental sales/management, glamping sales/management or similar direct to consumer markets.
Ability to connect and empathize with diverse customer personas.
Understanding of sales development and customer relationship management.
Passion for the outdoors.
Current Driver's License preferred.

Benefits and Compensation:

This is a base salary commission role. The base salary is $45,000 to $55,000 plus a 3.5% commission on sales. Successful employees in this role have experienced historical annual earnings ranging from $99,650 - $135,000. As this is a base plus commission (with no cap) pay structure, you are in control of your annual earning potential.
