Role: Business Development Lead - Healthcare

Role Type: Full Time (No 3rd Party or Contractors)

Location: Central Region Minneapolis, MN

Compensation: Up to $220K DOE + Bonus

Years of experience: 12-18

Industry: IT healthcare

Key Competencies: Business Development, Consultive selling, IT solutions for the Healthcare vertical, Sales hunting, Customer Relationship Management.

Overview:

The Business Development Lead – Healthcare position is a key growth and transformation role within the Market Unit, responsible for driving and executing Business Development strategies to acquire target clients and expand the footprint for assigned accounts in the US Central region. This is a sales role aimed at expanding the presence positioning transformation offerings for the assigned Accounts and Acquiring New Clients. The candidate will leverage the entire portfolio of services for targeted firms while working collaboratively with other market development, solutions teams, and industry SMEs to generate demand and capture qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive demand generation through Consultative Selling for assigned logos
  • Grow and expand presence within a Minneapolis-based large Healthcare firm
  • Shape new business opportunities and large deals for the healthcare vertical in the U.S. Central
  • Understand the Healthcare Industry and associated business and technological trends
  • Bring together the ecosystem to structure innovation-led partnerships with new clients.
  • Establish cross-functional CXO relationships and generate overall momentum for the identified accounts.
  • Provide thought leadership to deal with pursuit and Client interactions
  • Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos, expand the footprint within assigned existing clients
  • Bring positive and scaled impact to our client’s business through the portfolio of services and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Min 12-15 years of overall selling experience with majority experience in the Healthcare vertical.
  • Preferably should have worked in a leading IT services/consulting firm with experience in collaborating across global teams.
  • Direct industry experience working in Healthcare companies is desirable.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
