Job Description
HenkinSchultz is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team of creative problem-solvers. We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about relationship-building as we are and has the expertise to partner with clients to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally within an agency setting, to manage client accounts and lead projects that push boundaries and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions that align with each client’s goals.
- Develop and present proposals, reports, and project updates, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow accounts by offering innovative solutions and ideas.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and deliver outstanding client service.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with digital, print, and multimedia projects is highly desirable.
