Job DescriptionThe Inside Salesperson with Salesforce or similar CRM Expertise plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Prospecting and Lead Qualification:
Utilize CRM to identify and qualify potential leads
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Customer Engagement:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
Gather and incorporate customer feedback into sales strategies
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized sales pipeline within CRM
Regularly update and report on sales progress and forecasts
Sales Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales metrics and use CRM analytics to derive insights to report on sales performance
Implement improvements based on data driven analysis
Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
Leverage CRM features for effective lead management
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about products and services to articulate value propositions
Provide product demonstrations using CRM tools
Collaboration with Teams:
Ensure accurate data entry and information sharing in CRM
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for team members on CRM best practices
Stay updated on CRM updates and new features
Qualifications and Experience:
Post Secondary education or equivalent employment experience in a sales related field
Proven inside sales experience and an ability to follow up and close a sale
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer literacy and superior Salesforce or similar CRM expertise
