Position Summary:
The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team in executing the Brand Vision for Tri-Tronics. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and excited about contributing to various marketing initiatives, from administrative tasks to creative contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, focusing on industrial automation and related products.
- Support the management and creation of digital content across our website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and distribute marketing collateral, such as brochures, product datasheets, and presentations.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of trade shows, including pre-event planning, booth coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and HUBSPOT CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our marketing efforts.
- Help with other sales enablement tasks.
- Engage in market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, content ideas, and innovative approaches to reach our target audience.
- Support SEO strategies and content creation to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Assist in managing external vendor relationships and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva and familiar with 3D imaging software like Blender.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred, other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on projects.
- Enthusiasm for the industrial automation industry and a willingness to stay updated on new technologies and marketing trends.
