Salary: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Be a team-player to help grow the agency
• Prospect for new insurance clients
• Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
• Be organized and efficient
• Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs and budget
• Always ask, ''how can I exceed this customer's expectations?''
• Operate ethically, honestly, and with integrity

Requirements

• Be able to obtain a WA State P&C license or already possess one
• Make positive contributions to our office culture
• Possess computer skills
• Punctuality, strong work ethic
• Possess a desire to always improve and earn more
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required
