Responsibilities
- Be a team-player to help grow the agency
- Prospect for new insurance clients
- Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
- Be organized and efficient
- Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs and budget
- Always ask, ''how can I exceed this customer's expectations?''
- Operate ethically, honestly, and with integrity
Requirements
- Be able to obtain a WA State P&C license or already possess one
- Make positive contributions to our office culture
- Possess computer skills
- Punctuality, strong work ethic
- Possess a desire to always improve and earn more
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required
