Job Description

Overview

Sales Representative is responsible for discovering new contract clinic lab testing customers such as Clinics / IPAs (Independent Physicians Association) / Hospitals and other medical institutions through determining leads, identification of prospects, educating prospects through calls, training, presentations, and visits, overcoming objections, and converting prospects into customers. Sales Representative will ensure ongoing performance management and response to customer needs; complete and discuss sales reports, market analysis, sales plans, and programs with management.

Position requires self-starter with history of successful B2B sales and marketing execution; good judgment; strong communication skills (English and Korean preferred); excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels within the company; competent computer / office system skills; attention to details required for reporting and compliance; and local work permit, such as U.S. permanent residency or citizenship.

Qualifications

Education
  • AA Degree minimum requirement
  • Preference given to graduates of universities located in the United States
  • Preference given to those with bachelor’s in biology, chemistry, medical science, or the like

Language

  • Bilingual Korean & English preferred
  • Chinese/Vietnamese/Spanish/other foreign language proficiency

Experience

  • Clinical Laboratory Sales Experience of Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) plus years
  • Network and Account relationships with Medical Institution (clinics, etc.)
  • Salesforce experience preferred
