JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in the selection and purchase of goods and services both in our convenience store area and/or fuel and fuel products to meet their needs. If you have a friendly, outgoing personality, are a team player while also feeling comfortable working alone and have a passion for providing excellent customer service we'd love to hear from you.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide prompt service and assistance to UFA’s customers in a friendly and courteous manner either in person or over the phone.
Ensure the interior of the store remains fully stocked, clean, and well organized, and in compliance with UFA’s safety and operational standards.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Work well as part of our team to achieve daily tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience handling cash, point of sale transactions and computer proficiency
Previous customer service experience an asset.
Strong communication skills as well as ability to multitask
Agriculture or petroleum product background and/or interest would be an asset
Capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
