Duties

Conduct inside sales activities to promote our products and services.
Manage and nurture existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling.
Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market penetration.
Engage in direct sales efforts, including presentations and product demonstrations.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse client base.

Experience

Proven experience in inside sales or account management is preferred.
Familiarity with territory management practices and direct sales techniques.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable for this position.
