ICC (www.icc.com), a leading wholesale manufacturer of telecommunications hardware for over 40 years, is searching for a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to join our team!
In this role, you will:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers through outbound sales calls
- Partner with distributors to maximize their sales and growth
- Consistently exceed sales goals and champion sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within our CRM system
To be successful, you should:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B inside sales and account management experience
- Be a master of outbound telephone sales calls
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Be proficient in using computers and comfortable with CRM software
- Demonstrate self-motivation, discipline, and strong organizational skills
- Have a drive to succeed and a desire to earn top income
- A plus for experience in network cabling or electrical distribution!
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- $29/hour base salary
- Average monthly bonus of $500 to $1,000 in addition to the base salary
- Target total compensation is approximately $ 67,000 to $73,000.
